This function will allow you to serve dinner late if required and can also transform your electric skillet into a buffet server.

When buying an electric skillet I advise that you go for one at the top end of your budget. As with anything in life, you often pay for quality. A quality electric skillet will last you a long time and you will not have to worry about things like the non-stick surface peeling or the temperature control malfunctioning.
